Fund appropriate training and development opportunities
Provide a network of support through other organisations
Helping individuals' employability by funding opportunities for career advancement

What we cannot do

Provide finance for new business starts ups
Fund or partially fund academic qualifications in formal tertiary education (such as tuition fees for university)
Support applications from outside of the UK
Support applications from those under 16
Support applications from those over 24 at the end of their proposed opportunity

Making a difference by helping young people become successful, by enabling them to pursue their own aims to enter the world of business

How We Help?

What makes us different is that we understand each individual is unique and that the support each individual needs is specific to them. We have 2 distinct areas of support; Education and Enabling...

Educational Fund

Supporting a third-party organisation with funding so they can take on an apprentice
Full or partial financial support for vocational courses and training
Full and partial funding of skills based training
Financial aid for further education
Sourcing and funding the right training modules to assist with such things as English as a second language, interviewing techniques, negotiating skills, business etiquette, networking.
Suitable work attire
Basic equipment to start a job or training course

Enabling Fund

Enabling career progression by funding internships, apprenticeship or work experience.
Assistance with computer hardware, software, licenses and other related technology
Assisting with the funding of computer training and digital support to enable research, communication and professionalism.
Helping with communications – mobiles, broadband, printers and technology.
Finding a safe place from which to work.
Funding in order to take up a placement or job opportunity presented to you that you couldn’t take up without support.
