Thank you for taking the time to find us.
It was Jim’s tutor who recognised his raw talent and put him forward for a job opportunity at Unilever. That single act of belief helped ignite his future.
The Jim Jackson Foundation exists to do the same, supporting young people aged 16–24 to access opportunities that help them build a future in business and enterprise.
Apply for Support
We offer support through two distinct funding routes. Please choose the option that best applies to you.
University Grant Funding
Our primary funding route is through partnerships with UK universities.
Universities can apply for grant funding to support their student funding, employability and development programmes, with funding intended for business-focused students who show ambition and untapped potential.
This route is for university teams working in philanthropy, advancement, student support, widening participation and employability.

Individual Funding Requests
We receive many enquiries from individual students and families. Individual funding is limited and exceptional and is not our main funding route.
Students seeking support are encouraged to speak with someone in their community, such as a school, college, university, social worker, religious institution or community organisation who may be able to support them and apply on their behalf.
