We are The Jim Jackson Educational and Enabling Foundation, a charitable incorporated organisation with charity number 1195440 (JJEEF, we, us or our). Our address is Balneath Manor, South Chailey, Lewes, BN8 4AP.

These terms and conditions of use (Terms) explain how you may use this website and any of its content (Site). These Terms apply between JJEEF and you, the person accessing or using the Site (you or your).

Disputes
13.1

If you are a consumer, relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these Terms and if you want to take court proceedings, the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms. If you are a business user, English law will always apply and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
