At the Jim Jackson Educational and Enabling Foundation, we’re dedicated to helping young people overcome barriers and progress towards their career goals. We’re excited to celebrate a major milestone in Michael’s journey, successfully completing their Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Distinction in all areas through our valued partnership with Hastings Advice & Representation Centre (HARC).
Michael began their journey with a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship, where they excelled with a triple distinction. Building on that strong foundation, Michael continued to develop their skills and confidence, gaining valuable hands-on experience at the Community Hub.
With the ongoing support from the Foundation and HARC, including mentoring, funding, and guidance, Michael has now passed their Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, marking a significant step forward in their career development.
Michael’s assessor praised their outstanding performance throughout the Level 3 apprenticeship:
“Congratulations on achieving a distinction in your assessment. Your performance has showcased an excellent level of competence, dedication and a deep understanding of the standard.”
One highlight of Michael’s apprenticeship was their initiative in developing a new budget sheet, demonstrating:
“Resourceful problem-solving, foresight, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate project needs.”
Michael consistently showed strong ownership and accountability, engaging stakeholders effectively and contributing meaningfully to their workplace.
“Your dedication, skills and positive attitude make you stand out, and it is evident that you meet the requirements for distinction level. Congratulations on this remarkable accomplishment.”
Michael reflected on their experience, saying that their “just-over-a-year-long Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship has been a challenge! But I studied hard and got a Distinction in all areas (the best possible result!). The skills I have gained throughout the course have already greatly benefitted me in my role at HARC and my daily life and will well prepare me for the exciting future ahead!”.
Looking ahead, Michael will continue their development by embarking on a Level 3 Junior Data Analyst Apprenticeship, with ongoing support from the Foundation and HARC.
